I've been on hold with Aetna for 45 minutes trying to figure out why my mom's prescription renewal didn't go through, and the pharmacy at CVS is saying they never got the authorization, and I still have to drive out there tomorrow to pick up her blood pressure meds because apparently calling ahead does absolutely nothing.
