Tried to grab coffee at Starbucks this morning and the line was out the door, no joke. Waited like twenty minutes for a basic latte while the two people working looked absolutely overwhelmed, and I just... anyway, I get it, staffing is hard, but maybe don't advertise mobile orders if you can't actually handle them?
