I got a call Tuesday that the furnace in my rental went out. Tuesday. So I call the HVAC place that did the last service, they can't come until Friday, okay fine, tenant is annoyed but surviving. Friday morning they show up, guy looks at it for ten minutes, says it needs a new ignition module, orders the part, says it'll be here Monday.
