I've been trying to get a replacement battery for my MacBook Pro from the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue for three weeks now. They keep telling me it's out of stock and they'll call me when it comes in, but then I call back and it's still not here, and also apparently my callback number got lost in their system somehow.
