why is the starbucks app consistently showing drinks as "available" when i literally walk in and they're out? like i'll order a venti cold brew through the app, get the notification it's ready, show up to pick it up and they're like "oh we actually ran out an hour ago" - so which is it? am i losing my mind or is their inventory system just completely broken?
