I've been trying to get the homeowners association to follow Section 4.2(c) of our bylaws regarding the landscaping standards for corner lots - which is VERY clear, by the way, I have it highlighted - and apparently it doesn't matter that I cited the exact page number and subsection when I brought it up at the last meeting.
