why does uber eats charge me $7.50 delivery fee for a restaurant that's literally three blocks away and then the driver takes twenty minutes to show up anyway because apparently they're also delivering to someone on the opposite side of the city first, so my food arrives cold and i've basically paid $20 to eat lukewarm pad thai while my bank account cries.
