I rent out one property and I thought this would be passive income but apparently the universe had other plans. So last Tuesday the tenant texts me that water is dripping from the kitchen ceiling, which I figured was maybe a small thing, call a plumber, whatever. Plumber comes Wednesday, says it's not the pipes, it's the roof.
