So I get a call Tuesday afternoon from my tenant saying the kitchen sink is backing up. Fine, I call a plumber same day, they say they can come Thursday morning. Thursday rolls around, plumber doesn't show. I call back, get told there was a "scheduling issue" and can they do Friday instead.
